Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Omnicom Group in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing. The Online Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement on digital platforms- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engines, and display networks- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for online marketing campaigns- Monitor and report on the performance of online marketing campaigns to track ROI and KPIs- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and implement new strategies accordingly- Manage budgets and expenses for online marketing campaigns- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and strategy
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing- Passionate about digital marketing and confident in your abilities- Strong attention to detail and planning skills- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Proven track record of managing successful online marketing campaigns- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment- Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
