Job Description:

Consolidated Edison is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Success Specialist in New York City, New York. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to online customers through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media.2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions that drive satisfaction and retention.3. Educate customers on our products and services to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of their investment.4. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive growth.6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an online environment.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a drive to exceed customer expectations.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.5. Confident and adaptable with a positive attitude.6. Strong time management and planning skills.
