Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Online Call Center Specialist to join our team at Celanese in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online call center channels.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via online call channels such as chat, email, and social media.2. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and issues.3. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.7. Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures.8. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service.

Requirements:1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.3. Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.4. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers.5. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.6. Proficiency in online communication tools and systems.7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
