Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Netflix is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Online Accounts Payable in our Los Angeles, California office. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:- Manage the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions for online vendors- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Assist with month-end closing processes- Prepare and distribute payments to vendors in a timely manner- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions- Assist with audit requests and provide necessary documentation- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors

Requirements:- Confident and energetic personality- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with others- Previous experience in accounts payable or related field- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
