Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

DraftKings is seeking a dedicated and confident individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate. This full-time position is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, US, and is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities:- Process online accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently- Review and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests- Assist with month-end closing procedures- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any payment discrepancies- Prepare reports and analysis related to accounts payable activities- Follow company policies and procedures for financial transactions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Time management and research skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
