Job Description:
Icahn Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, remote work position based in Fort Worth, Texas, US. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in office management and be comfortable working at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks- Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, and external partners- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and organizing employee events- Handle financial tasks such as maintaining budgets, processing invoices, and payroll- Conduct research and provide support for various projects as needed- Develop and maintain efficient office policies and procedures
Requirements:- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software- Resilient and resourceful personality traits- Problem-solving and research soft skills- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
