Responsibilities
• Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms• Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment• Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and prepare messages• Copy, sort, and file records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters• Prepare letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions• Purchase, stock, and maintain supplies for Spectrum• Manage Administration Office Front Desk and check-in process for patient labs• Act as back-up for Clinic Office Front Desk• Maintain manual and electronic filing systems• Ensure timely flow of information• Function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment• Manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines• Organize and maintain administrative processes essential to this position• Coordinate and prepare presentations, meeting arrangements and correspondence• Maintain a clean and organized work environment• Always maintain professionalism• Maintain confidentiality of all patient, client, employee, protected and proprietary information• Complete work with accuracy• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor(s)
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent education• Minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible administrative clerk experience• Prefer experience in the health care industry• Ability to work objectively with a diverse group of people• Ability to work independently and as a team member• Provide services with cultural competence• Comfortable with public speaking and one-on-one interactions• Ability to drive to off-site locations• Effective and timely communication skills• Ability to communicate with discretion, diplomacy and tact• Computer knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook• Ability to lift 25-45 lbs• Experience using EHR programs, *ECW experience preferred*
