Office Accounting Technician

Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for an Office Accounting Technician that is hybrid with office located in Commerce, CA. The Office Accounting Technician will assist with administrative efforts and be responsible for performing a wide range of accounting work, including the following: preparing grant summaries; processing and reconciling contract payments; and maintaining fiscal records.
The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through 12/31/2023, with the good chance of extension. Pay Rate-
$29.07/hr working 40 hours a week Benefits:

Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:00 Desirable Qualifications:
Completion of 12 semester or 18 quarter units of accounting including a course in advanced accounting, cost accounting, governmental accounting, auditing, or accounting information systems in an accredited college or university. Lower Division accounting classes may be taken at a two-year community college if the units are transferable to a four-year college or university one year of technical accounting experience under general supervision, performing paraprofessional accounting work in preparing, processing, reconciling, and maintaining fiscal records requiring a substantive knowledge of general accounting procedures -OR- two years of accounting clerical experience
A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
