Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting, demonstrating a track record of success.
Active RN license in the state of WISCONSIN , with a commitment to maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills.
Proven expertise in rehabilitation nursing, with a strong clinical background that inspires confidence and trust.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Experience with PCC (PointClickCare) is a bonus that sets you apart!
