Multifamily Construction Pm Position

A highly respected Multifamily Developer Builder is prepared to add an experienced Project Manager to their construction team. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual looking for a stable general contractor with room to grow. Project Manager Functions:
Coordinate schedule, manpower, equipment and resources with the Field Team
Direct and evaluate project timeline
Communicate with leadership and client on project status
Review and approve all subcontractor and vendor payment as well as timely preparation of payment requisitions
Project Manager Qualifications:
Construction Management Degree or equivalent education and/or experience
Must have a proven work history working with a General Contractor or Developer Builder in construction
Demonstrated experience Multifamily projects in the $30-90 million range.
Extensive people skills
