Job summary
The Department of Pharmacology, Physiology and Neuroscience at the University of South Carolina (USC) School of Medicine is seeking a Medical Educator.The successful candidate will contribute to medical and graduate instruction in pharmacology, physiology, and neuroscience-based courses.They will also have the opportunity to participate in departmental research programs.

Responsibilities
• Participate in medical and graduate teaching as an instructor and/or course director.• Lead innovations in medical and graduate educational programs and curricula.• Contribute to departmental research programs.
Requirements
• Applicants at the Assistant Professor rank must have a PhD, MD, or equivalent degree in Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Physiology, or a related biomedical field.• At least one semester of didactic graduate or medical teaching experience is required.• Higher ranks require additional years of experience and expertise in teaching and research.
