Media Ad Operations Specialist 
As a Media Ad Operations Specialist, you would be the owner of Colle McVoy's media trafficking process and execution, including digital and broadcast media. This role includes leadership and management of timelines by liaising with media planning and investment, project management, production, account management, and creative teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance (QA) of creative assets for all agency clients. 
Ownership of the inputs and information within key trafficking documents such as creative spec sheets, trafficking grids for all clients and channels, and their respective timelines. Serve as main point of contact between creative/PM teams for asset handoff and management. Manage the repository of all creative assets and serve as gate keeper of all current and historical files to ensure that this knowledge is available to agency teams as needed.  Manage and update client marketing calendars to reflect shifts in timelines based on any changes in the team's workflows regarding creative handoffs and campaign launches.  Attend relevant PM and creative status meetings to serve as a voice for media as it relates to timelines, asset development, QA, and adherence to trafficking process.  Strong understanding of media workflows and processes such as, but not limited to, trafficking, creative implementation, and pixel management. Experience working in Mediaocean, CM360 (DCM), XR/Extreme Reach, Google Tag Manager or other industry-relevant media management, adtech or ad serving platforms. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Confident and resourceful, can function with minimal supervision. Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Collaborative and positive. Able to manage and mentor support staff.  Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry or agency experience 2+ years' experience working with ad tech platforms and 3rd party ad servers such as CM360, and Google Tag Manager Experience working within an integrated agency or media agency with direct contact to creative agencies is preferred.  Named a 2024 Ad Age A-List Standout Agency and Adweek's 2023 Midsize Agency of the Year, Colle McVoy's nimble talent model unlocks holistic creative problem solving with capabilities that span the entire marketing ecosystem: brand and influencer strategy, design, experiential, social, branded content, media, earned creative PR and more.
