Job Summary The Marketplace Specialist will report to the Director of eCommerce and Marketplace Sales for the direct-to-consumer sales channels based in New Berlin, Wisconsin. They will assist with the day-to-day running of marketplace accounts such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Target and others; ensuring that the customer experience meets or exceeds the high standards required by various marketplaces to drive profitable sales through these channels. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter with Amazon experience who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day execution and management of marketplace orders Troubleshoot daily order flows to ensure orders are ingested and ready for processing by the distribution center Manage orders and ensure orders are processed and fulfilled on time according to marketplace requirements Prepare daily reports, monitoring and sharing information with business leaders and other departments Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace metrics and sales, including on-time fulfillment & daily inventory updates Monitor customer feedback and KPI's to drive insightful improvements to the marketplace business Help maintain and exceed the high performance and customer service standards required Work with Marketplace Analyst to manage inventory levels. Make team aware of non-fillable issues and constraints Manage inventory levels on Amazon, including moving unfulfilled orders to locations with inventory Manage Product Listings Resolve errors with product listing Optimize listings and pages and make suggestions to help improve sales Monitor and report on competitive listings Help coordinate marketing, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, content creation (A+ and Amazon Storefront) Availability to work night and weekends as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications / Skills Highly motivated and reliable Strong computer skills, ability to type quickly, familiarity with Windows-based applications such as spreadsheets Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Superior time management & planning style Highly organized and detail-oriented Possess strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze and interpret data from multiple sources Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively alone or within a collaborative, cross-functional environment Physical Abilities Ability to walk, bend and lift 10lbs as needed Experience and Educational Requirements: - High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Relevant degree in Marketing or Business a plus
- 1-2 years experience with selling products on marketplaces required
