Marketing Web Designer/Developer

**What you'll do:**
* Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing websites that resonate with our target audience.
* Manage web projects from start to finish, working closely with the marketing team to understand requirements and deliver projects on time.
* Develop clean, well-structured code for both the front-end and back-end of websites.
* Ensure websites are responsive and function flawlessly across all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
* Update and maintain existing websites, optimizing features and implementing new ones.
* Collaborate with designers, marketing professionals, and other team members to create a cohesive online presence.
**Bonus points if you have:**
* A degree in web development, web design, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience building websites.
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and APIs.
* Experience with WordPress and custom plugin development.
* A keen eye for design and familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
* Understanding of ADA compliance guidelines.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
