Marketing Proposal Specialist/Graphic Designer Position Overview Cromwell Architects Engineers is seeking an experienced Marketing Proposal Specialist/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Candidates should have good communication skills, be well organized, and have the ability to work in a flexible environment. A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and graphic design is required. Qualified candidates must be able to fulfill essential job functions, as listed below.
What to Expect This position is best suited for an individual who has excellent time management skills as well as strong writing, communication, organizational and graphic skills. The ideal candidate will have a metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity, and be able to provide input on marketing strategy, content, layout, schedule, and production of marketing materials. A prime recruit for this position would also be detail oriented and have the ability to work across multi-disciplined teams.
Job Functions & Responsibilities Specialist in the production of proposal/presentation process: Writing, and/or editing text, design layout, graphics, resumes, schedules, etc. Ensuring schedules are met and the various aspects of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
Create project description sheets, organization charts.
Do local market research when required.
Help maintain company information, materials, and associated marketing databases.
Update and maintain image scanning/data storage of photos and graphics, new marketing materials, and miscellaneous files.
Perform all other duties as required. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant graphic design/marketing experience Experience in marketing and proposal creation in the AEC industry is highly desired.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.)
