Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and operational programs to drive demand generation, pipeline acquisition, and revenue growth. Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns across various channels, leveraging A/B testing methodologies. Continuously refine and optimize account and lead engagement scoring models, ensuring effective segmentation, and targeting strategies Enhance technology efficiencies to ensure seamless data integration and synchronization across marketing and sales systems. Take ownership of our Pardot instance, focusing on data enrichment, data hygiene, and maintaining high deliverability rates for our communications Provide marketing and external teams with insightful reporting, dashboards, and prescriptive recommendations to improve overall performance and drive future improvements. Identify opportunities for process automation and drive the implementation of solutions to streamline manual tasks and bridge technology gaps. Implement robust measurement strategies to track and analyze all stages of the revenue funnel, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing multi-touch attribution. Ensure accurate and consistent capture of marketing touchpoints to enable comprehensive and accurate reporting. Work with the Director of Growth & ABM to allocate resources based on timelines and availability, ensuring that work is evenly distributed, and team members are working on projects that match their skills and experience. Stay current on major marketing automation platforms and Salesforce, as well as any new technologies that pop up. Stay up to date on the latest trends in MarTech, determining which trends are important for the team to be knowledgeable. Streamline the management of the team of contractors, optimizing their workflows and processes to address challenges in team efficiency and productivity. Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on marketing automation and CRM platforms. Salesforce/Pardot certification preferred. Experience with other automation platforms (6Sense, Salesloft or Outreach, Drift, Sendoso, Zoom, etc.). Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing automation campaigns and A/B testing programs. Advanced knowledge of lead scoring methodologies and experience optimizing 'always on' campaigns Experience with data management, including data enrichment, segmentation, and hygiene. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues within the marketing technology stack and perform thorough quality assurance before launching campaigns. Familiarity in CSS and HTML as it relates to email design and landing page development in marketing automation platforms and content management systems. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and translate them into effective marketing strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
