FUNCTIONS: Preparation of proposals and presentations for new projects, including graphic design, generation of customized content, coordination of design team information, layout, binding, and physical or electronic delivery of materials. Assist in preparing fee proposals using prior benchmarks and staffing projections. Maintenance of proposal graphics standards for proposals and presentations. Preparation of awards submissions. Preparation of marketing-related graphics and publications ranging from web page content to cards, posters, presentations, and brochures. Management of project databases including project information, numerical statistics and fees. Outreach to consultants and incorporation of consultant content and fees in proposals. Create and implement marketing campaigns. Brand establishment via social media posts. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent graphic, written, and spoken communication skills. Strong experience in the full Adobe Creative Suite and the full Microsoft Office Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects, is required. Ability to manage time to meet multiple simultaneous deadlines. 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in an engineering or architectural firm preferred but not required.
