The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the company in all areas of the marketing strategy from the development of elements through their execution.Responsibilities:• I will oversee the implementation and ongoing facilitation of MonteVista Homes• I will manage the website and SEO marketing efforts which include the reporting of all web traffic and CPL, CPC. Make website updates as needed.• I will produce the monthly marketing reports, (list will be provided in our company report document).• I will work with the Sales Agents to ensure they have all the marketing materials they need.• I will create and design floor plans and community Flyers.• I will coordinate and plan Sales Agent outreach and community events.• I will execute the implementation of 3D tours, video walkthroughs and other collateral.• I will work with vendors to coordinate and schedule projects and obtain pricing and costs from vendors.• I will schedule and communicate with various city and vendor organizations as needed.• I will coordinate with Advertisers.• I will prepare company and department reports.• I will update our CRM database.• I will update Pre-Construction books and marketing materials.• I will manage the warranty book and warranty book updates.• I will print all pre-construction forms and materials.• I will manage our call forwarding system.• I will support the marketing director in the marketing department budget and community budgets.• I will manage all promotions and seasonal specials as well as Realtor Guides. Marketing Materials:• Flyer updates• Web Updates• Model Home Signage• Neighborhood Signage• Customer Relations Manuals and books• Signs and Sign Inventory I will organize and maintain our photos and videos for listings: • Photos• Listing Images• Videos• YouTube Library• Web Video Library I will Manage Social Media Channels: • Email Newsletters• Blog• Facebook• Instagram• LinkedInQualifications:• 2+ Years in Marketing field• Has experience using software systems and social media channels and can freely flow between applications, documents, and systems to complete work product• Has experience with Microsoft Office and is at least an intermediate user• Has experience using calendaring systems and experience using basic time management skills in the workplaceAbout Company: MonteVista Homes is a 2nd generation Award-Winning homebuilder who builds quality, value-packed new homes in Oregon.
