Responsibilities
• Grow and maintain a full customer portfolio• Develop new business and digital revenue opportunities• Develop cross-platform campaigns• Generate revenue for the station and meet monthly goals through effective outside sales• Research and build campaign solutions, including branding and creative• Grow book of business in alignment with goals• Meet or exceed revenue targets for existing, new, and digital business• Support quality deliverables to drive client results• Support collection of receivables• Develop sales skills and produce creative campaigns
Requirements
• Effective relationship building, customer service, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills• Superior business acumen with ability to build/maintain relationships with key stakeholders• Ability to handle multiple complex projects• Organized with strong attention to detail• Ability to effectively communicate and relate well to all kinds of people• Capability to work in a hybrid work environment and successful communication ability in virtual and in-person settings• Experience selling digital products/strategies, including audience targeting and social media• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a satisfactory driving record
