Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our services according to our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator who can follow and enhance our current process.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. This communication includes email, phone, video, and in-person. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns that meet client objectives. Manage client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and seamless execution of projects. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and provide clients with regular performance reports. Identify opportunities for new business and growth within existing accounts. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to advise clients effectively. Qualifications Proven experience as an account manager, key account manager, sales account manager, junior account manager, or other related role Digital marketing and marketing analytics experience is preferred Ability to work independently as part of a team Proficient in Hubspot CRM and Asana (or similar software) Experience with and knowledge of digital marketing platforms Strong organizational skills Exceptional presentation skills and ability to lead a meeting Core Values For the past 20 years, we have adhered to a simple set of principles for sustained success: Do what is right, do what is necessary, always be learning, and enjoy the process.
