Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer of agricultural products in Wilson, NC who is hiring a Manufacturing Processing Lead to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7am-4pm Monday-Friday offering excellent benefits.
Responsibilities: Processing lead will oversee production linesLead will supervise processes to ensure product is handled properly and is in good conditionLead will ensure all required sampling is prepared in accordance to guidelines and specificationsLead will ensure reports are accurate and in complianceRequirements: Candidates must have 2 years leadership background in manufacturing environmentsCandidates must have Machine Operation and Processing backgroundCandidate must be mechanically inclinedCandidates must be computer savvyCandidates must be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environmentCandidates must have a high school diploma; Associates degree a plus
