Manufacturing Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

The Maintenance Planner and Scheduler will anticipate and eliminate potential delays by planning and coordinating maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access.
Knowledge, Education, and Experience A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), four years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred. A proven history of related inventory management, including budgeting, forecasting, and CMMS, is required. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and G-Suite is necessary.
Must be reliable with strong written and communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and management staff. Ability to gather and record necessary information, follow through with assigned tasks, identify problem areas, and take corrective action in a timely manner. Must be able to meet deadlines and work well in high-pressure situations. Demonstrates high attention to detail and possesses strong planning/organizational skills.
