Responsible for setting up, maintaining and upgrading production and facilities equipmentPrevent unscheduled downtimePerform repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting on production process equipment

Responsibilities
• Make repairs or adjustments on production process equipment• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems• Install and calibrate temperature controllers/recorders• Adhere to GMP/QSR guidelines and SOPs• Perform work activities in a safe manner• Report safety hazards to management• Work additional overtime as needed• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Possess high school diploma or equivalent experience• Possess vocational technical or at least three years related job experience• Possess previous process control and various piping system experience• Possess basic knowledge of electronics and ability to read blueprints
