What you get to do in this role: Develop and maintain the Digital Technology cybersecurity governance framework to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Lead the process of managing information security objectives, implementing controls, and continuously monitoring their effectiveness across technology organization Drive the integration of cybersecurity risk management into business and IT processes, ensuring that security principles are adhered to throughout the organization. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate information controls assessments and manage the controls register, ensuring that all objectives are documented and mitigation plans are in place. Translate complex technical data and security threats into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers and non-technical staff. Serve as an expert advisor on security standards, methodologies, and compliance requirements, providing guidance and direction to security and business teams. Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and mitigating techniques to continually improve the security controls maturity of the organization. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we need someone who has: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Professional security management certification is preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC). Extensive experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on governance, risk management, and compliance. Proven track record of identifying and mitigating information security risks and effectively communicating these to stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to apply security principles and methodologies to complex business problems.
