Job Description & Responsibilities: Manage the continuous development, optimization, and security of the Workday platform. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday through regular audits and maintenance activities. Develop and generate meaningful reports and analytics to support business decision-making. Provide vision and oversight to departmental operations and initiatives related to Workday. Evaluate current system configuration and respond to requests or inquiries on system capabilities. Identify areas of improvement. Recommend, develop, and configure system solutions. Test new functionality and ensure successful implementation of new and improved solutions. Coordinate and participate in system upgrades and system testing to ensure functionality and security are working as expected/designed. Create detailed test plans, define various scenarios and execute test plans. Coordinates user acceptance testing and other testing with appropriate groups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related inquiries and resolve issues. Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements, and implement best practices accordingly. Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities and processes. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in management information systems, Human Resources, or a related field. 10+ years IT Work experience, with a minimum of 4 years of HRIS/Workday experience. (Human Resource Information System) Proficiency in Workday Reporting & Workday Business Process Framework. Experience with Workday HCM Application Configuration Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
