Details of the offer

The Manager of Cure is responsible for all Cure team operations, and the management of the Cure team. Responsibilities include planning and organizing activities and resources according to demand and quality standards. Ensures the safe and efficient flow of cure and post-harvest operations. Collaborates with senior management to ensure streamlined production of consistently high-quality flowers.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the cure team including coordinating cure schedules, delegating tasks, and organizing workflows Creates a safe work environment that is compliant with all state laws and Native Roots safety policy. Monitors and manages dry and cure rooms including temperatures and humidity levels Verifies all tags, strains, licenses, and batch IDs throughout the cure process Manages equipment maintenance and repairs of cure equipment and Rad Source Leads and evaluates daily operations of the cure team Oversees the evaluation, modification, and development of SOPs and processes Reviews approves, and assists employees with timesheet entries and time-off requests Assists employees with navigation of company systems and available resources Assists management with workforce management efforts including the hiring, onboarding, and separation processes Leads training for new team members including machine operation and strain identification/disposition Works with compliance and METRC teams to periodically audit WIP (work in production) inventory Ensures the cleanliness of the cure team workspaces Leads the development and delivery of Performance Improvement Plans (PIP's) Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1 year of lead, supervisory, or management experience 2 years of cannabis curing experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Must possess or obtain a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess data and make informed decisions Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and time management skills Basic mathematical and metric measurement knowledge Knowledge of METRC and Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) compliance regulations Proficient computer skills including proficiency with Google Suite PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of D365 or equivalent ERP system PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Remaining in a stationary position, standing and sitting for prolonged periods Ascending/descending ladders, stairs, ramps Ability to sit, stand, stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive motions, and carry boxes or items Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs Ability to work in the same area as cannabis and have direct contact with cannabis material COMPENSATION DETAILS: Pay Range: $55,000 to 62,000 ; actual pay will be determined based on qualifications Cash Tip Eligible Bonus Eligible Accrue paid time off (PTO) immediately; starting at 2 weeks per year Health, Dental, and Vision insurance plans are available Supplementary insurance plans available including Life, Disability, Accident, and Critical Illness 401k and ROTH 401k plans Native Roots Cannabis Co. is aware that fake job postings, job interviews, and job offers are being promoted, mainly on social media.
