We are looking for an experieced hospitality professional that excels at running the front door of a busy, high acclaimed Manhattan restaurant. This person must be both warm and inviting but also strong and in command in order to juggle the task of welcoming guests into Ernesto's. This person should also be able to foster a relationship with our regular guests and VIP's as well as learn the operations of our restaurant as a whole, and be able to manage a dedicated host team. We expect the person in this role to also help on the floor (turning tables, clearing, resetting, etc.) in order to help the team and attend to the next round of reservations.

Experience operating the newest version of Resy is preferred.
