Greco Properties is seeking a jack-of-all-trades Maintenance Technician / Captain of Curb Appeal at multiple of our luxury residential apartment buildings across our portfolio.

Summary
Execution and support of essential daily grounds and maintenance upkeep, preventative maintenance, and monthly turnover for Class A, luxury apartments.
