Maintenance Technician

Now hiring a Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing company in Avon for 1 st shift, 5:30am – 4pm. Monday – Thursday
Weekly pay starting at $17 per hour, but could be more depending on experience.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, upkeep, and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal safety and functionality.
Job Duties: Conduct routine preventative maintenance on production equipment according to maintenance schedules. Inspect, lubricate, and adjust equipment components to prevent breakdowns. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and resolve promptly to minimize downtime. Replace defective parts, components, or sensors to calibrate equipment and ensure compliance. Adhere to all safety procedures including lockout/tagout policies. Document maintenance activities and work orders. Maintain accurate inventory counts of parts and materials used to avoid shortages. Any other task requested by a supervisor. The ideal candidate has great dexterity and a great attention to detail.
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician is required.
