This position will provide a gas card, vehicle, health insurance, and profit sharing among other benefits. Successful candidates will have:
General handyman experience Drywall repair, taping and painting experience Valid driver's license Clean background and DMV record Willingness to work some on-call shifts (roughly every 7-9 weeks) The General Maintenance position serves residents primarily in the downtown area. Training is provided. Experience navigating job-board technology is a plus. You may drive your company-provided vehicle home daily. Compensation is based on experience and work hours are somewhat flexible.
