The Maintenance Planner position is responsible for planning and coordinating all maintenance activities for the manufacturing facility. This includes managing maintenance procedures, scheduling preventive maintenance activities, ordering and tracking parts, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and on budget. The position requires extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, Allen Bradley, and Siemens.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities. Order and track parts. Schedule preventive maintenance activities. Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time and on budget. Perform troubleshooting and problem solving when needed. Initiate and complete projects. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Manage time effectively. Communicate effectively with all personnel, verbally and in writing. Utilize Microsoft Office applications. Use mathematical and analytical skills. Comply with SEMI standards. Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, Allen Bradley, and Siemens. Minimum 5 years Manufacturing Maintenance experience but will consider other commensurate education/experience combinations. Ability to plan and coordinate maintenance activities. Ability to order and track parts. Ability to schedule preventive maintenance activities. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. Ability to initiate and complete projects. Ability to multi-task. Strong time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
