Position Summary:
As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our global logistics operations. What You'll Do:
Monitor and adjust freight volumes to anticipate and overcome network challenges.

Manage carrier relationships to ensure compliance with our policies and escalate challenges when needed.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and operational excellence.
Support the development and implementation of software solutions to streamline logistics operations.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with transportation management systems.
