Requirements The specific requirements for LPN and RN positions in Washington are as follows:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Washington Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program Minimum of 2 years of recent LPN experience Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare software Knowledge of nursing principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare environments and various shifts Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Registered Nurse (RN) Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington Graduation from an accredited nursing program Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Ability to work effectively in a team environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays BLS certification (Basic Life Support) If you meet the above requirements and are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, we invite you to apply for a LPN or RN position with NCG Associates.
