Lift Truck Operator

Summary This job is responsible for operating material handling equipment in a safe manner for the purpose of moving, locating, stacking and counting merchandise.
Key Responsibilities Operates a forklift to load, unload, high stack and stage either totes of frozen potatoes or pallets of cases Enters data and product locations accurately using a hand scanner Loads and unloads trailers on the dock Performs a pre-operation maintenance check on the forklift and reports any operating issues Charges forklift batteries Performs other duties as assigned Typical Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Relevant Experience 1+ years related experience and/or training
Other Information Ability to safely operate a forklift, loading and unloading trucks, and high stacking totes.
