Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse• Valid LPN license• Knowledge of long-term care practices and procedures• Ability to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team• Strong organizational and time management skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Flexibility to work day shifts• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation• Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and protocols
