The learning technologist is a key role for the workforce advancement team, instrumental to create the next level learning capability in the business unit. This role has a combination of strategic and tactical responsibilities related to selection, assessment, configuration and continuous support of core digital tools and platforms required to facilitate effective learning of O&M (Operations and Maintenance) personnel. These systems include but are not limited to: iLearn LXP - Learning Experience Platform, CMS - competency management platforms, Workday Learning, Crane Simulator and others. This role is responsible for leveraging rapidly evolving learning technology landscape through setting up, managing and optimizing the learning technology ecosystems to meet current and emerging needs of the business. Key Responsibilities iLearn Management: Administer and build role-based and skill-based learning journeys in iLearn for O&M workforce. Work with Learning Coordinator to identify and map relevant content assets to learning journeys. Assign learning journeys to people in relevant roles. Design and set up easy navigation experience for all O&M learners. Provide Level 1 user support to ensure a seamless iLearn experience for all O&M learners. Evolve and refresh learning journeys and content in the system periodically, as needed. Knowledge of Articulate 360 - creating online elearning CMS Software Management: Oversee the comprehensive management of CMS software, including content warehousing, reporting refresh, role, user, and assignment administration. Lead initiatives for Tool Content Structure Refresh, Tool Usage Support, and Workflow Refresh, ensuring optimal functionality. Align existing iLearn journeys to CMS CUs to ensure comprehensive instructional coverage of key competencies. Workday Management: Assign required trainings in Workday based on iLearn learning journeys and CMS requirements. Set up and administer Workday's annual learning needs survey. Provide hands-on user support to ensure a seamless Workday experience. Simulators: Support crane and OTS simulator usage and maintenance to facilitate realistic training experiences. Experiment with and remain current in new and emerging immersive learning technologies that can enhance online experiential learning. Ecosystem Optimization: Gradually align and integrate Workday, iLearn, and CMS platforms to create an end-to-end talent development system. Regularly assess the existing learning technology ecosystem, identifying areas for improvement and proposing tools & processes to elevate the learning experience. Surface, evaluate and test new digital learning applications that can help elevate learning experience in the field. KPI Reporting: Gradually Integrate data across Workday, iLearn, and CMS platforms to develop a holistic view of individual learning activities and progress. Design and develop interactive dashboards using data visualization tools to track learning usage, progress and outcomes. Business Process : Document existing technology approaches and solutions. Perform regular software updates, vendor tool evaluations, and student tool set-up as needed. Other Responsibilities: Participate and support with other duties as assigned by supervisor Responsible for software updates and preparing laptops for onsite training Administrative duties as assigned

This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location. Please Note Must have a valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
