Responsibilities
• Coordinate and verify installation schedules with Project Coordinator and/or Installation Supervisor• Direct work processes at job sites• Identify method of installation, work procedures, materials, and tools required• Install windows and doors according to guidelines and quality standards• Test product operations and demonstrate to customers• Ensure clean and tidy job site after installation• Communicate effectively with customers and represent the company• Train customers on operating procedures and contact information• Complete necessary paperwork and collect payments• Perform order verification and job site inspections as needed
Requirements
• AA or Technical degree preferred, High School Diploma with experience• 4-5 years construction experience with leading projects• Knowledge of construction applications and/or window and door components• Strong communication, writing, and mathematical skills• Experience with Microsoft products• Problem-solving and time management abilities• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changes• Valid driver's license and compliance with company policies
