Additional Info: Part-Time Available Full-Time Available Competitive Pay & Progressive Wage Required availability to work Fridays and 2 or more Saturdays per month Responsibilities and Duties Receive ingredients, prep ingredients, stock ingredients, assist with kitchen prep and prepare limited food items (training is provided)
Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared accordingly Bulk prep and maintaining Par levels Provide prompt and efficient food service Assist with washing and cleaning soiled dishes and kitchen equipment Comfortable using various pieces of kitchen prep equipment Completing Tasks and ensuring that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture and excellence. Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders. Stand for periods of up to 3.5 hours in length Basic mathematical and measurement skills Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care. Always courteously greet guests even if working in the kitchen.
