Responsibilities
• Delivering excellent service and great tasting food to guests• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant interior and exterior• Taking and clarifying orders, assisting guests with menu selection• Assembling orders and ensuring order accuracy• Following all food safety policies and procedures• Engaging with guests and treating them with care and respect• Working as a team player and assisting co-workers• Utilizing systems in the restaurant to produce quality products and ensure cleanliness• Performing duties in the front of restaurant (dine in/drive-thru) or back of restaurant (assembly, prep, fryer, etc.)• Receiving and storing products following established procedures
Requirements
• Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful• Comfort working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment• Must be at least 16 years old• Ability to understand and communicate clearly in English• Ability to read and understand written English and perform basic math• Ability to stand and walk for majority of shift and lift up to 25 lbs
