Position Summary: Responsible for the support of the organization's computer and communications environment. Ensures that the network is available to all system users and resolves data communications problems. Supports both the Manufacturing and Office environment phone system, security system, computing system, software, and users at multi-location facilities.
Essential Duties Include: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
· Acts as initial point of contact through ticketing system and support of desktop computer hardware and software, as well as performs maintenance on workstations and networks.
· Update tickets and users with resolution status or escalation of unresolved issues.
· Works with local and remote end users to set up and configure phones, computers, devices, accessories, operating systems, and software.
· Assists with the troubleshooting of network performance issues, performance upgrades, patches and installation of new applications and environments.
· Other projects in support of IT operations.
Education and Experience: · 1-3 years' experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory within a mid-sized business. Manufacturing business preferred.
· Demonstrated ability of strong non-technical communication with end users, getting results, solving problems and project management.
