Responsibilities
• Coordinate project management on Agile development efforts• Assist with vendor management for off-the-shelf solutions• Plan, forecast, and estimate• Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress• Manage dependencies across teams, departments, and vendors• Act as liaison for stakeholders and other teams• Contribute to program and portfolio management• Monitor and manage individual and team performance• Identify and overcome impediments to delivery• Coach and mentor team members, improve collaboration
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related discipline• Minimum 3 years software development experience• Minimum 5 years of successful agile delivery experience• Preferred: Azure DevOps experience and relevant certifications• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills• Strong analytical skills and ability to make recommendations• Well organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
