Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Inventory Management Associate Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Tampa, FL As an Inventory Management Associate , you will be:
· Able to work to a flexible schedule and overtime as required.
· Some travel may be required to assist with certain projects Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
· Ability to operate a personal computer.
· Communicate via e-mail/telephone.
· Ability to work overtime as required.
· Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
· Ability to see clearly at close range.
The ideal candidate will have :
· Will perform kitting to fulfil Manufacturing Orders within a timely manner.
· Conduct location transfers for material that would best support efficiencies while kitting.
· Communicate with Production Planners to ensure requirements released to the stockroom are processed in accordance with standard operating procedures.
· Identify and correct inventory discrepancies within Costpoint database and stockroom locations.
· Lifts heavy items and may operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, tow motors, forklifts, etc. upon receipt of internal certification.
· Knowledge of material handling
· Requires a High School Diploma and minimum of 4 year of prior relevant experience or 2 years post- Secondary /associate degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Share Point, etc.)
· Warehousing, receiving, shipping and forklift experience.
