Inventory Coordinator Accounting Department Non-Exempt JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Inventory Coordinator assists in the planning, organizing, measuring, and evaluating stock levels for Joel Osteen Ministries and Lakewood Church. The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain accurate inventory records, analyze data to forecast demand, and optimize inventory management. The position requires significant communication with various internal and external customers, including third-party warehouses and vendor negotiations.
This position reports to the Financial Reporting / Inventory Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION Supervise and maintain the records of all real-time inventory levels to ensure the minimization of product obsolescence and out-of-stock itemsEvaluate all inventory levels using Microsoft ExcelAssist with developing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the inventory management operationsPrepare performance-based reports related to inventory to make decisions and solve problems to optimize inventory based on cost and service levelProvide excellent customer service to determine customer and supplier product information while representing Lakewood ChurchCoordinate, create, and administer the inventory purchase orders processSupport Bookstore in inventory functions throughout the yearAnalyze and identify the cause of inventory discrepancies and errors in Microsoft D365 CE & F&O to provide resolutionsOther related duties as assigned MINISTERIAL DUTIES As an Employee of Lakewood Church, you are a part of an over 60-year legacy of faith.
