The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility. This role will serve to maximize space utilization as defined by operating KOIs. This position will control/isolate non-conforming product as defined by local work instructions and in conformance with client expectations and quality standards. The Inventory Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring a conforming product mix, facilitating efficient order fulfillment, and contributing to a safe and orderly working environment. Responsible for maintaining accurate records for all aspects of finished goods inventory HCT/P and devices and internal finished goods both physically and electronically. Transfer all tissue being released to FG/ITDC, requested for rework, review, research and rejection. Perform quarterly cycle counts to verify actual against recorded inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with other departments the timely movement of tissue to fulfill special requests or ensure optimum inventory levels. Inspect and verify all tissue received from processing for accuracy. Pull tissue for the processing team as per work order requirements. Responsible for packaging and scheduling tissue for irradiation. Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing tissue for x-ray. Responsible for the accurate completion and maintenance of storage logs for all HCT/Ps and medical devices. Maintain, cleanliness and ensure all shelves, refrigerators and freezers are organized for finished goods and quarantine tissue. Flexibility with work hours required as staying late & working weekends are necessary during physical inventory and other peaks times as they arise. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Diploma/GED

Other: Minimum 2 years of warehousing and/or inventory experience
