This is all backed by quality management consultants with decades of experience implementing phase-appropriate GMP for industry leaders.This role will aid in support of the day-to-day operations in their assigned areas (i.e. Operations, Quality, Facilities, etc.) After training, the ideal candidate will be able to work semi-independent to execute activities in support of assigned area(s) for Azzur Cleanrooms on Demand™ (CoD) in Devens, MA . Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support Data Entry activities. This will include scanning, manual data entry, file organization, etc. Restock and maintain a professional atmosphere throughout the facility including the office, the cleanrooms, and shared conference and breakroom spaces.Support All Azzur COD Managers in relation to projects that may arise. This could include writing and reviewing documents, data entry, research, and other administrative support. Work in collaboration with Azzur COD staff as needed on special projects to improve the organization. Additional Functions: Occasional local trips to help pick up supplies, deliveries, and transit materials to offsite storage. Work in conjunction with the assigned team on tasks. Candidate Qualifications & Position Requirements: Required Education:• Minimum of High school diploma, college student actively working towards a degree. Required Work Experience:• Competent using computers and software programs. • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects. Preferred Experience:• Classwork related to a regulated industry such as biopharma or medical device is preferred. • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Required Knowledge:• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
