This position reports to Action Brands - Nerf Creative Development team and will be responsible for working with the team on creating trend-focused designs and packaging layouts.What You'll Do:Assist in the creation and implementation of package development and layouts for the Nerf brand and other Hasbro Action brands.Design logos, iconography, patterns and packaging layoutsCreate style guides and pitch decks to inspire and excite internal and external partnersLearn art direction over vendors with clear and concise briefsReview designs from vendors and designers to ensure quality and brand consistencyHelp drive towards achieving key delivery datesLiaise with other internal creative brand peers to gain information and context for projectsAssist in and prep for photo shootsCreate packaging related presentation assetsSupport eComm/digital asset creationWhat You'll Bring:Currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-seeking program majoring in Graphic Design or Fine Arts or related degree with at least one quarter or semester left afterAugust 2024.Available to work full-time hours for 10 weeks in person at our Pawtucket, RI office location.Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.Knowledge of Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft OfficeA desire to understand branding, creative development, and packagingHigh level of creativity, passion and integrityOrganized and able to multi-taskAbility to communicate effectively, both orally, visually and in writingAbility to work with team members in remote locations across the globePresentation skillsApplications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.Hasbro's world-class brands and talented people are our greatest assets.
