Your responsibilities will includeproject management supportand the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) of training content and programs. As partof the Workforce Development team(WFD), you may alsofacilitatecompanytraining,maintaintraining records, materials, and forms, teach classes and workshops as needed, andassistin the presentation of material for different initiatives.TheLive Course Training Developersupportsdepartment orientationsandfabbootcamp to prepare new team members for training. You can expect to process training requests, conduct needs analyses, and resolve alignment with the organization's business needs. In this role, you willallocateresourcesand conduct evaluation measures to resolvetrainingeffectiveness.Most critically, you willbe responsible forcreating virtual training courses and assets for a variety of technical trainingprograms andwillapplyAR/VR tools.Position will require relocation to Boise as this role will be integral to the successes of our Boise, Idaho expansion efforts.
