Responsibilities
• Manages the ICP Ductless sales team• Achieves assigned annual sales revenue targets and share objectives for ICP Ductless• Develops and manages joint growth strategies with Distribution and ICP RBMs• Supports distribution and Reps to meet their sales targets• Trains the sales channel on Ductless & VRF marketing programs• Assists sales channel, service, and contractors to resolve issues• Identifies product gaps and works with Product Management to prioritize and eliminate gaps• Examines marketing and sales statistics to identify opportunities and devise strategies• Builds consultative relationships and trust with distribution Principals & Key Managers• Works with ICP Marketing team to develop marketing materials• Develops sales team by instilling Carrier Way principles• Provides strategic direction to the RLCS on projects and programs• Develops and implements short- and long-term sales strategies• Accountable for budget, staffing, and business/operational results• Contributes to the industry by advancing the level of Ductless knowledge
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of HVAC industry sales experience or High School Diploma and 10+ years of HVAC industry sales experience• Valid Driver's License• Sales Leadership experience preferred• Proven history of rapid sales growth with satisfied customers• Knowledgeable about Ductless products and marketplace dynamics• Strong analytical and presentation skills• Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office• Highly organized with strong attention to detail• Superior follow-up and follow-through skills• Able to work and communicate with multiple levels of positions within Distribution• Team player with strong collaborative abilities across business units
