Responsibilities
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns• Follow written and verbal directions• Generate customer invoices and payments• Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment• Organize and document equipment for each job• Communicate with customers and provide information• Pay attention to detail and document work• Undergo pre-employment background check and drug screening
Requirements
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical components• Ability to use dig volt meters and electronic tools• Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, chiller, cooling tower, pumps• Independent and timely work• Excellent customer service skills• Ability to follow instructions• Attention to detail• Valid driver's license• Background check and drug screening
