Responsibilities
• Complete maintenance work orders in assigned areas• Maintain a professional and safe work environment• Provide customer support and offer maintenance solutions• Work autonomously on plant maintenance and renovations• Participate in preventive maintenance and cost-saving efforts• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations• Collaborate with Facility Services for maintenance and renovations• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of building infrastructure
Requirements
• 5 years of experience in building maintenance industry• 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems• Understanding of air handling, IAQ, heating, and exhaust systems• Ability to read and interpret plans and manuals• Excellent communication skills• Valid State of New York HVAC License and EPA Certification• 3-5 years of experience in a similar environment• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)• Ability to lift over 50 pounds• Physical stamina for various working conditions
